Peak Donation Processing

DMP is very accustomed to handling high volumes with short notice. Many of our clients are national non-profit organizations; therefore peaks and valleys are typical in the weekly and monthly mail flow. The ability to bring on new staffing in a rapid manner, run multiple shifts, and utilize our 60,000 square feet of work space makes this possible.

Credit Card Processing

DMP can process daily credit card transmissions to your bank for you. DMP can handle your “telephone and e-mail“ credit card processing. DMP is CISP Certified.

The requirements for the Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) credit card certification are incorporated into an industry standard known as Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. The major credit card companies to safeguard customer information against identity theft and misuse created the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

CISP defines a standard of due care for securing Visa cardholder data, wherever it is located. CISP compliance has been required of all entities storing, processing, or transmitting Visa cardholder data. Members must comply with CISP and are responsible for ensuring the compliance of their merchants and Agents for all payment channels, including direct mail, retail (brick-and-mortar), mail/telephone-order, and e-commerce.
