DMP is currently implementing our Strategic Information System that will provide clients with critical donor information as soon as the check is deposited. The cornerstone of this system is a state-of-the-art document image database.

The cornerstone of this system is a state-of-the-art document image database. All scanned images are uploaded to our secure image bank on a daily basis and are available for viewing seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via our website.

Our clients are able to search check images as well as direct mail response images via the internet with enhanced query capabilities to peruse all images. This enhanced imaging capability eliminates the need for the photocopying and shipping of physical documents.

To track the activity of your online donations, DMP has built in reporting features. You can securely logon to your organizations/system and get information on donors, donations made today, this week, this month, and year to date. We also provide you with a built in search engine allowing you to search your donations based on the donors name, address, donation amount, date, authorization number, and more. In addition, we can provide either automated e-mailing of donation information or batch processing and transmission of files on a daily basis.
